2021 Season
For safety and to ease management and changovers in the current environment we are opening this year for whole house bookings only with a 7 day minimum stay.
Casa Lorenzo is perfect for groups of family or friends and sleeps up to a maximum of 14 people.
Prices for the whole Casa for a full week are £1900 in spring or autumn; £2200 in early summer and £2800 in peak season.
Additional Information
You are welcome to arrive any time after 15:00 and departure is by 10:00.
Prices include bed linen, towels, pool towels and final cleaning.
Exclusive use, multiple apartment and extended bookings are also welcome by arrangement, please contact us with your requirements.
Pets are welcome however an additional charge will be made for cleaning:
£25 Oliva, Rosmarino or Lavanda
£50 Limone, Rosmarino - Lavanda combined
£100 Whole house
Availability

Terms & Conditions
1. Reservations will be confirmed by Casa Lorenzo on receipt of the deposit and full details of the booking.
2. Non refundable Deposit of 30% to be made on booking.
3. Cancellation Policy: 100% payable on cancellations less than six weeks before your holiday.
4. Full payment to be received 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
5. All gas and electricity used for general domestic consumption are included in the rental price.
6. The use of accomodation and any amenities at Casa Lorenzo are entirely at the user’s risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, loss or damage of user’s or visitor’s belongings.
7. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information and representations are made in good faith, neither they nor any oral representations made by Casa Lorenzo will create liability.
