The Casa

Allowing groups of 8-14 to comfortably relax, socialise and still enjoy individual living and sleeping areas
Limone
Enjoying the whole upper floor of the farmhouse, Limone sleeps 4 in two bedrooms with an additional 2 sofabeds in the lounge. Two bathrooms complete a wonderful space for friends or family. Decorated in traditional style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and open loggia for a wonderful 'al fresco' eating experience, large enough for a whole group.
Oliva
Oliva sleeps 4. The bedroom has a queen-sized double or twin beds with an additional two single sofabeds in the lounge. Decorated in traditional Italian style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and private dining terrace.
Rosmarino
Sleeping 3 or 4 in a queen size double bedroom and additional queen size sofabed in the lounge. Decorated in traditional style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and outdoor dining area overlooking the olive steeped valley. Rosmarino can open into Lavanda to create a two-bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment sleeping 5+ ... a great family space.
Lavanda
A spacious studio that sleeps 2 in a queen sized double or two twin beds, with an additional sofabed. Decorated in traditional style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and a quaint outdoor eating area overlooking the olive steeped valley. Lavanda can open into Rosmarino to create a two-bedroomed, two bathroomed apartment sleeping 5+... perfect for a family.
The Pool
A stunning ‘Roman’ pool, 12m x 5m. Perfect for swimming, floating or having a fun game of water-polo. Ample loungers, a terrace, shaded pergola, umbrella’s and poolside shower make this the perfect place to enjoy the far-reaching views and golden sunshine!
The Garden
A beautiful garden, complete with hammocks, swings and loungers surrounds Casa Lorenzo. It forms a perfect backdrop for relaxing by the pool or enjoying a social gathering around the pizza oven or barbecue.
Food
Umbrian cuisine is rustic, simple yet very flavourful. It offers an abundance of local wines, cured meats from pork and wild boar, cheeses, prolific white and black truffles and incredible extra virgin olive oil. Lake Trasimeno provides fresh perch, tench, carp and smelt, simply cooked over coals or turned into a delicious stew. Sweet figs, grapes, tomatoes and plums add delicious fruits to sharing platters from summer into early autumn.
Panicale
Panicale, our medieval hilltop commune, is one of the most beautiful natural terraces in Umbria. With far reaching views of Lake Trasimeno and made famous by Emilia Fox in Signore Volpe,
Lake Trasimeno
Lake Trasimeno offers a wide range of water sport activities as well as excellent cycle routes and horse riding trails. Eight towns surround the lake including panoramic hilltops like Città della Pieve, Paciano, Panicale and Piegaro in addition to the wonderful ‘Castello’ lakeshore communities of Castiglione del Lago and Passigano del Trasimeno. In all, you can find some excellent restaurants with lake views.
The Surrounding Area
Beautiful Umbrian Hills form the ‘Green Heart’ of Italy. Enjoy stunning walks and adventurous cycling straight from the house, through olive groves, vineyards, beautiful ‘orti’ vegetable gardens and medieval borgo’s.
